About Kevin Hall
"As an attorney, I have always been committed to the rule of law and to upholding and defending the Constitution. That will not change if I am elected. The job of a circuit judge is to apply the law equally and impartially and to be respectful, courteous, and fair with the lawyers and parties. It is not to legislate from the bench. I will only apply the law as written."
